Q:  What do I need to bring?

Q:  Can I bring the family pet?

A:  Dogs ONLY are permitted.  Not all units allow pets, so check on the individual unit, if permitted.  There is a weight restriction on dogs, please refer to our terms and conditions. 

Q:    Can we grill out on our balcony?
 
A:   No, Use of outdoor grill on the decks porches, balconies and patios is prohibited.  Grills are sometimes provided in common areas at condominiums, however we cannot guarantee their working order or availability.


Q:  When do I check in and check out?

A:  Check in, is 4:00 pm. You will go straight to your unit and the key will be in a lock box on the door jamb.
     Check out, is 10:00 am and your keys will be returned to the lock box, on your door jamb.

Q:  What furnishings do properties include?

A:  All properties provide the following:

  • Refrigerator
  • Stove/Oven

Q:  What are our departure responsibilities?
A: 
  • Leave kitchen items (dishes, cookware, etc) clean and return to their proper place.
  • Leave property reasonably clean and in reasonable order (Note:  Additional cleaning charges may apply)
  • Dispose of all trash in proper outside containers (Note: If trash is left in unit your credit card on file will be charged an additional 50.00.
  • Do Not Leave trash outside of door.
  • Lock all windows and doors
  • Leave all beds unmade and linens on the floor.
  • Leave bath towels in washer or bathtub.
Q:  What if there is a hurricane or tropical storm?

A:  Be advised Prestige Management Properties cancellation policy does not provide refunds for unforseen developments such as illness, mandatory hurricane evacuations or similar events that can affect you trip.  We strongly recommend that you purchase Trip Insurance.  Guest purchasing Trip Insurance may qualify for a full refund through CSA Travel Protection
Note:  Cancellations, date and property changes occurring less than the minimum days required notice (30 days)will result in forfieture of initial reservation payment, rent, taxes and fees-no exceptions.
